The TEA behind the tee:
Mantras have always been part of my prayer and mediation, not for any special reason. When I was a little girl my mom would "Om" it out every morning during her sunrise meditation. She taught my brother and I to do the same, along with other prayers. I feel that my day goes better when I take time in the morning to just be still and count my blessings.
