Great Gift Ideas For $25 Or Less- Drinkware

Presents don't have to cost a lot of money to be enjoyed or appreciated. What makes a good gift really is about the thought. Have you ever gotten a gift that made you wonder if the giver had any clue about who you and what you like? On the flip side, have you ever wanted to give someone a gift (just to show your appreciation or let them know you see them) but weren't sure what to get?

Here is part one of my series on great, thoughtful, gift ideas that won't break the bank (NOTE some of these items are from my boutique, and some I bought elsewhere):

Drinkware is a hot gift item and stocking stuffer this year. Giving a neighbor or colleague a mug, travel cup, or water bottle can be a great present if you put a little thought into it. Firstly, make sure that whatever mug you choose reflects their personality. Do they have a good sense of humor? Are they health conscious? Choose a mug that lets them know you see them. Add an additional personal touch by including some of his or her favorite teas or coffee. This mug filled with an assortment of organic tea bags is one example:

Travel mugs and water bottles are on trend right now. Again, make sure you select with thought and consideration. Quality, stainless steel drinkware can range in price from $15.00 to more than three times that amount depending on the size and features.

16 oz double wall insulated thermal mug

When shopping for a thermal travel mug some important things to consider are capacity, size, lid style. This 16oz, double wall vacuum sealed stainless steel mug has a screw-on flip top. It can keep liquids hot or cold for hours and fits into the cupholder of most cars. I personalized this one with packets of bone broth and instant hot cereal that can come in handy on a cold day when you're running late.

Stainless steel water bottles come in a range of sizes from 12 to 32 ounces. I have purchased (and received) several. For me,18 to 20 ounces is the sweet spot. I have a 32 oz. stainless steel cup that I can just never seem to empty.  Having a smaller bottle makes me more mindful of my water intake (plus I have to get up from my desk to refill it). This 18 oz. double wall vacuum sealed bottle comes with a twist lid and built in straw. It's good for more than just water, and I packaged the gift version with flavored electrolyte powders.

Shopping for presents that require creativity can be just as much of a gift for yourself as it is for the people on your list!
