OM It: A Practice of Breath, Prayer, and Presence

OM It is a collection inspired by a morning exercise I didn’t know I needed. Each morning, as the day begins to unfold, I settle into stillness, breathe, and move through a simple but powerful prayer:
OM · JIREH · RAPHA · NISSI · SHALOM.

I am not an expert in breathwork or meditation. Life, for me, is a work in practice — not perfection. What began as a personal attempt to calm my own inner storms became a prayer that helped steady my thoughts, regulate my nervous system, and create space for clarity. Saying each name slowly, with breath in between, forms a quiet rhythm that allows my body and mind to settle.

Each word in the sequence is a name for God, and each carries its own strength. OM marks the opening — the breath before the beginning, the moment of presence. JIREH reminds me that provision will meet what feels empty. RAPHA speaks to healing and restoration. NISSI offers guidance and covering in uncertain places. SHALOM brings peace and wholeness that steadies the heart, body, and mind. Spoken together, the prayer becomes a moment of alignment — a return.

The OM It collection grew from a desire to keep that moment close in tangible ways. Journals, mats, candles, and simple forms echo the quiet steadiness this prayer brings. These are not tools for mastery or performance. They are gentle supports for real life — reminders to pause, breathe, and be. The color story reflects this intention, drawing from tones that feel grounded, warm, and spacious, allowing the practice to remain calm, reverent, and accessible.

OM It holds space for stillness in the middle of everyday life — a reminder that returning to breath, prayer, and presence is always available.

One life. Live Lit.
OM · JIREH · RAPHA · NISSI · SHALOM.
